Step 1
Check your eligibility

Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the SINP, which includes having a valid job offer from a Saskatchewan employer in a high-demand occupation, or meeting the criteria for one of the SINP's immigration categories, such as the International Skilled Worker Category.

Step 2
Determine the category to apply

Determine which immigration category of the SINP you are eligible for, such as the International Skilled Worker Category, Saskatchewan Experience Category, or Entrepreneur and Farm Category, and ensure that you meet the specific requirements for that category.

Step 3
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)

Create an EOI profile on the SINP's online system and submit your EOI. Your EOI will be scored based on various factors, such as your age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and other factors.

Step 4
Receive an invitation

If you meet the minimum score requirement for the category you applied for, you will receive an invitation to apply for a provincial nomination from the SINP. Once you receive the nomination, you can apply for permanent residency in Canada through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
