Web Developer

Kevin Thibbles Immigration Services is seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company website and ensuring its optimal performance, functionality, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company website, including updating content, designing new pages, and fixing any technical issues.
• Ensure the website is optimized for search engines, mobile devices, and accessibility.
• Implement new features and functionalities to improve user experience and engagement.
• Ensure the website is secure and protected against any potential threats or hacking attempts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure the website reflects the company’s brand and messaging.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web development and incorporate these into the website.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and respond to website-related inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in web development and management.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with CMS platforms, such as WordPress, and e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with web security and optimization techniques, such as SSL certificates and website speed optimization.
