Social Media Specialist

Kevin Thibbles Immigration Services is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, building brand awareness and engagement, and driving traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including content creation and distribution, engagement, and analysis.
• Create and curate high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for our social media channels, including blogs, videos, graphics, and infographics.
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to management on the performance and effectiveness of our social media efforts.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate these into our strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget, and creative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing and management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, infographics, and videos.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analysis tools, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
• Experience with social media advertising and paid promotion.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
