AI Developer

Kevin Thibbles Immigration Services is seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI solutions for various business functions, including customer service, operations, and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can add value and make recommendations for solutions.
• Build and train machine learning models using a variety of algorithms and data sources.
• Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data used in AI solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI and incorporate these into our solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on the use and benefits of AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions and make improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and programming languages, such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with AI development tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and best practices, such as GDPR.
